All items are bought in US boutiques by my supplier at US. Items from the factory outlets are not rejected/damaged goods!
All items are brand new with tags and comes with gifts reciept. Photocopies of original reciept will be given if there are no gifts reciept available. Gifts reciepts are generated by the stores.We do not charge extra for Coach paper bag and gifts box.*unlike others*
SGD$2 cash back, if you decide not to have the paper bag and gifts box on the point of delivery.
We are doing a rebate to save on shipping cost for the boxes and paperbags because of the substantial weight.
TO ORDER
- Items are available on a first come first serve basis and subjected to availability
- Reservations will only be available when a 50% deposit is made.

-Once we have received this information, we will send a confirmation on the availability. After which, kindly make payment within 2 days.
-Bank transfer to POSB Savings account (405-09600-5)
-When using bank transfer, please email us your nickname and transaction number. This allows us to track the payments.

50% immediate deposit required upon order form submitted and quote provided - Balance to be paid in cash when items are delivered at stated address.
Est Waiting time for PreOrders is 3 to 4 wks once payment is received. ( Deposit is non-refundable unless item is Out of Stock )
DELIVERY
- ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING / HANDLING FEES / DELIVERY TO DOORSTEP FEES!
- Shipment will only be made when payment is received (No full Cash On Delivery).
- If you want your order to be shipped out on the nearest Monday, payment and confirmation should be made by the Friday of that week.
- Estimated 2 weeks meet up delivery to designated Singapore address (decided by buyer), latest 3 weeks.
- DELIVERY TO YOUR DOORSTEP* IS DONE ON THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY OR SATURDAY!

- Example, order placed and payment made by 12th Feb (Friday). You will expect delivery to your house personally on 28th Feb (Thursday), latest 4th Mar.
*Kindly note that slight delays in delivery is not within our control as the shipment could be delayed due to high volume at the postal office.
- WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT AND A FULL REFUND/ REPLACEMENT WOULD BE MADE.
- No cancellations can be made once deal is finalized
- Address and timing arranged via phone/sms in Singapore are final. There will be a charge of $10 to re-deliver in the next week when address is changed last minute or if there is no one present to collect the items. These measures are to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
EXCHANGE POLICY
I provide the best service to my customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here. An exchange will be made if:
-The colour of the product i delivered is not the colour the customer has ordered.
-The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product and to be returned to my partner upon checking.
Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done.
No exchange for items which we have delivered to customers and customers would like to make an exchange for another design.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
-The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
-The item is determined to not be authentic. (Rest assured it won't be the case)
